Oval Village sits in Vauxhall on the south bank of the Thames, within Lambeth and inside Zone 1. Vauxhall, Oval and Kennington stations are all within walking distance, and the Thames is half a mile away.

The Oval, Kennington Park and Nine Elms
There is a large Tesco inside the development itself. Vauxhall’s old street has a friendly, traditional London feel with a good range of street food.
A thirty-minute walk takes you into Nine Elms and Battersea, where Battersea Power Station shopping centre and New Covent Garden Market sit side by side. Closer to home, Kennington Park is known for its open meadows and gardens, and regularly hosts cricket and football.
