Where the City, Tech City and Shoreditch meet
The Stage sits in the core of East London Zone 1, in Shoreditch, surrounded by the financial district, tech city and the most fashionable neighbourhoods in London. Liverpool Street — the City’s largest integrated transport hub, where four Underground lines intersect — is a five-minute walk away.
The development stands at the golden triangle of the City of London, Tech City and Shoreditch. Shoreditch is the largest concentration of tech start-ups in Europe, known as London’s “Little Silicon Valley”, and the historic Whitechapel Art Gallery is close at hand.
It is adjacent to the Bank of England and the London Stock Exchange, and near the offices of Google, Facebook and Amazon in Tech City to the north. The project was developed jointly by Vanke Group and Galliard Homes, with exteriors by Perkins+Will.

Brick Lane, Boxpark and the Shoreditch table
Tesco, Sainsbury’s and the Boxpark shopping centre are all within walking distance, covering daily shopping and a deep bench of casual dining.
Shoreditch itself is the draw: galleries, theatres, museums and music venues within a few streets. The Whitechapel Gallery is one of the most important institutions in British modern art, and Brick Lane — famous for its food and independent shops — is one of London’s most distinctive streets.
